Balikpapan – AKBP Muh Roni Mustofa S.I.K., M.I.K., the Deputy Director of Traffic of East Kalimantan Regional Police, led a joint roll call on Friday morning (22/12/2023) as part of the Mahakam Candle Operation 2023.

The roll call, held at the Traffic Directorate Headquarters of East Kalimantan Regional Police, aims to prepare for the security measures for Christmas and New Year.

The Mahakam Candle Operation 2023 activities will take place over 12 days, starting from December 22, 2023, to January 2, 2024.

It is noted that a total of 1,905 personnel, including members of the police, military, and personnel from relevant institutions, are deployed across 72 security posts prepared for the Mahakam Candle Operation 2023. Meanwhile, the East Kalimantan Regional Police personnel involved in the Mahakam Candle Operation 2023 consist of 110 personnel organized into 7 joint task forces.
