Balikpapan – In order to monitor the homecoming traffic during the Christmas and New Year holidays, the Public Relations Task Force of East Kalimantan Regional Police (Polda Kaltim), part of the Lilin Mahakam 2023 operation, conducted a Live Report on Friday (29/12/2023).

The monitoring activities focused on the homecoming traffic at Batu Ampar Bus Terminal in Balikpapan. The Public Relations Task Force team from Polda Kaltim observed the density of people participating in homecoming activities and ensured safety and order at Batu Ampar Bus Terminal in Balikpapan.

The observations clearly showed that the homecoming traffic at Batu Ampar Bus Terminal in Balikpapan was relatively smooth.

Director of Public Relations of East Kalimantan Regional Police, Commissioner Police Yusuf Sutjeo, S.I.K., M.T., stated that the monitoring conducted is part of the commitment of East Kalimantan Regional Police to provide service and protection to the public during this holiday season.
